Lindt and Sprüngli
ATTN: Consumer Affairs Department
1 Fine Chocolate Place
Stratham, NH 03885
Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed you will find, still in its original packaging, the last piece of chocolate from a Lindor Truffle bar.
Imagine my surprise when I picked it up and found a small rhinestone embedded in the side.
I confirmed that it was a rhinestone by removing the object and examining the rear, which was partially covered with a silver metallic coating.
The piece of chocolate has undergone more handling than I would have liked from curious fingers, hence the numerous fingerprints. I assume that the postal experience will have contributed to the further degradation of the piece of chocolate.
Sincerely,
Cuccu
The customer service department assures me that I will be rewarded for my troubles.
